By completing this updated consent you are agreeing to allow the young person/ child in your care to take part in:

The Marine Biological Association’s Online Young Marine Biologist Club, which will consist of early evening sessions run monthly via zoom. All activities will be supervised by suitably qualified MBA staff, who will follow our strict safeguarding policy.
The Young Marine Biologists Community Group. This will be a closed group for the YMB club only. All content is moderated by DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked MBA admin staff before being visible to Members and only those YMB members confirmed to be aged under 18 can view or post content.

The MBA has a Safeguarding Policy. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. Should you have any concerns, questions or wish to view copies of the policy please contact our Safeguarding Officer.
