HR Manager

Contract type: Open-ended (20 hours per week)

Salary: Grade 3 £19,247 to £20,964 depending on experience (£35,608 to £38,784 FTE)

You will play a key role in delivering a strategic and operational HR service to the organisation, working in partnership with senior leaders and managers to provide high-quality advice, support change management, manage employee relations cases and implement HR solutions that align with business objectives.

A hands-on practical role supporting the effective delivery of the Marine Biological Association’s (MBA) operational activities. As a part of a multi-skilled Directorate, you will contribute to the day-to-day running, maintenance and development of the MBA’s varied operations. The role focuses on providing practical support in vessel and mechanical operations including seagoing and marine engineering tasks to ensure safe and efficient marine operations.
