Alphamarine Photography is a UK based company that provides training in underwater photography and sells a range of underwater photography equipment.
Training offered includes online courses in using specific types of camera for underwater photography, one to one online tuition and workshop trips in the UK and overseas.
They sell a wide range of underwater photography equipment including housings, lenses and lighting equipment from brands such as Nauticam, Inon, Backscatter and Fantasea.
Alphamarine offers bespoke equipment sales aimed at matching the best options for each customer based on their needs and budget.
Phil and Anne Medcalf who own and run Alphamarine also give talks for organisations such as diving and photography clubs and regularly speak at the Go Diving Show in the UK.
As well as online training and workshop trips they can also arrange to run in person classroom courses for organisations and companies around the UK.

The course includes equipment maintenance, photography technique, lighting, composition, styles of underwater photography, safety and diving technique, understanding and photographing marine life, how to improve as an underwater photographer and photography workflow.
Each session is about one and a half hours long. All sessions will start at 8pm UK Time and be run on Mondays starting on 10th April and finishing on 23rd June. There will be a break in this course for two sessions on 12th & 19th May.
