With the ocean and its inhabitants currently under threat from external pressures such as climate change, overfishing and pollution, data is becoming more important as a tool to combat these pressures. Hence, data accessibility is on the increase and is doing so on an exponential level, aiding the all-important evidence for policymakers' decisions.

Tune in for expert insight regarding the incredible world of data, where it goes and why it's important
