Aisling has worked in marine research since 2006, spending much of her working life at sea. Aisling previously managed the MBA’s research vessel and now works for the British Antarctic Survey on their new polar research vessel, RRS Sir David Attenborough.

I have worked as an Ecophysiologist and scientific diver in a wide range of field locations from the Antarctic to the Arctic and now in addition to my University role, I lead Expeditions for the National Geographic Pristine Seas project.

Fisheries Conservation Officer, Shark Trust
I am an MSc Marine Conservation graduate working in fisheries conservation for the Shark Trust. I have a background in fisheries enforcement and I have also founded an NGO.
