About The Role
Do you want to get beneath the surface of the Marine Biological Association? Then join us as our Site Services Coordinator. This is a new position that will be central to coordinating how our site operates as a welcoming, clean, safe and secure destination for marine biology discovery. No day will be the same. You’ll be coordinating contractors undertaking maintenance works, overseeing our on-site welfare facilities for staff, students and visitors, arranging catering for events, monitoring compliance and supporting the wider research Facilities Team. You must be able to work at pace, be hands-on and flexible to get the job done and be adept at switching between tasks and projects. If that’s you, then apply today.
Salary and benefits
- Salary based on experience
- 30 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- 3 Privilege Days given by the MBA (used during festive closure week)
- Pension scheme – the MBA will contribute 10% of basic salary into a defined contribution scheme with staff making a 3% minimum contribution. The MBA will match additional employee contributions up to an additional 5%
- Cycle to work scheme and electronic vehicle lease scheme
- Low-cost bookable parking on site
